Water Cooled Condensing Unit

The water cooled condensing unit is a key device in the refrigeration system and plays an indispensable role in many fields. It condenses the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant discharged from the refrigeration compressor into liquid by heat exchange with water, thereby realizing the continuous operation of the refrigeration cycle. Water cooled condensing unit has the advantages of small size, light weight, good starting performance, reliable operation and durability.

Working Principle​:
In the refrigeration cycle, the compressor compresses the low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which then enters the water-cooled condensing unit. The condenser in the unit uses water as the cooling medium. When the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant flows through the pipes in the condenser, the heat is absorbed by the cooling water flowing outside the pipes. The cooling water usually comes from a cooling tower or other water source. Through the circulation flow, the heat released by the refrigerant is continuously taken away, so that the gaseous refrigerant is gradually cooled and liquefied, completing the heat exchange process and providing liquid refrigerant for the subsequent throttling and evaporation links. This series is an induced ventilation type. The cold air enters from the large area inlet on one side of the tower body, and then flows perpendicular to the direction of the spray water flow, through the heat exchange coil and the wet deck material. Finally, the hot and humid air is discharged upward from the top of the tower, taking away the heat.
