How to protect the chiller?
Since the chiller uses evaporated water to take away heat to achieve cooling, it should be placed in a space with a good ventilation environment. Let's take a look at how to protect the cooler.
1, the use of the environment should often adhere to monotonous, the motor surface should adhere to cleaning, the air intake should not be hindered by dust, fiber and so on.
2, when the thermal protection of the motor continuous action, should be identified from the motor is still overloaded or the protection equipment setting value is too low, eliminate the shortcomings, can be put into work.
3, should ensure that the cold air motor in the working process of excellent lubrication. The general motor works for about 5000 hours, that is, the grease should be compensated or replaced, and when the bearing is found to be overheating or lubricating disintegration during the work, the hydraulic grease is replaced in time. When replacing the grease, the old lubricating oil should be eradicated, and the oil groove of the bearing and bearing cap should be cleaned with gasoline, and then the ZL-3 lithium grease is filled with 1/2 (for 2 poles) and 2/3 (for 4, 6, 8 poles) of the cavity between the inner and outer rings of the bearing.
4. When the life of the bearing ends, the vibration and noise of the motor will be significantly increased. When the radial clearance of the bearing reaches the following value, the bearing should be replaced.
5. When disassembling the motor, the rotor can be removed from the extended end of the shaft or the non-extended end. If it is not necessary to remove the fan, it is still easier to remove the rotor from the non-shaft extension end, and the rotor should be removed from the stator to prevent damage to the stator winding or insulation.
6, when replacing the winding, it is necessary to write down the method of the original winding, the standard and the number of turns, wire gauge, etc., when losing these data, you should ask the manufacturer for it, and change the original plan winding at will, which often worsens one or several functions of the motor, and even cannot be used.
