Noise Source Of Chiller

The chiller will produce a certain amount of noise during operation, mainly including the noise generated by the rotation of the impeller, the noise generated by the resonance of the air duct and the noise generated by other reasons.

The rotation speed of the impeller in the operation of the equipment is very fast, and the blade friction with the air produces noise, and the thickness of the blade is large and the rotation speed is fast, the greater the noise generated. When the noise is too large, it will also hinder the rotation of the blades and reduce the working efficiency of the chiller. In addition, when the air flow encounters obstacles, it will cause air turbulence, and it will also produce noise affecting the working efficiency of the equipment.

The air pipe shell of the air supply and air outlet of the chiller is made rough or the connection is not tight, resulting in a gap. The chiller will produce a high decibel tearing sound through the gap in the air supply and air outlet. In addition, when the fan and the air duct resonate, the tearing sound will be amplified.

There are also some other reasons that will produce noise, such as the air pipe is not fixed firmly when hoisting, the noise generated by the poor quality of the bearing, the noise during the operation of the motor, and the noise during the operation of the transmission belt.
