A coil type of evaporative condenser sprays cooling water on the surface of the tube to form a water film, after the water film completes heat exchange with the medium in the tube, the water directly contacts with the fast-flowing air outside the tube and has a heat and mass exchange, completing the heat exchange process, and the heat and water vapor is taken away by the air. The flow of air not only makes the heat exchange process faster, but also because of the rapid flow of air, The air remains unsaturated throughout the process, and its heat and mass transfer forces are greater. Coil evaporative condenser is the most widely used evaporative condenser at present.

2. plate evaporative condenser:

The structure of the plate evaporative condenser is that the outside of the plate is the countercurrent, concurrent or cross-flow of water and air, and the condensate drainage area is between the plates. Its characteristics are: the plate can strengthen the surface condensation heat transfer, and accelerate the liquid film excretion; At the same time, the enhanced heat transfer structure of the plate can improve the fluid flow condition, strengthen the heat and mass transfer process between water and air, greatly enhance the heat capacity and heat transfer performance, and its enhanced heat transfer depends on its special structure to complete, without any additional maintenance.

3. vertical evaporative condenser:

The pipe is a countercurrent or concurrent flow of water and air, and the large space outside the pipe is a condensate drainage area. The characteristics of the condenser are: the pipe is strengthened by a stainless steel heat transfer tube, which not only has strong corrosion resistance, but also has good heat exchange performance, and can accelerate the discharge of the condensate film, especially for the condensation of water steam. In the power industry, the condenser is one of the important auxiliary machines of the turbine generator set, and its performance directly affects the operation of the unit. The main heat transfer component, the cooling tube, is the most important part of the condenser, so the selection and selection of the cooling tube is the key to the design of the condenser.
