The air cooler is a device that uses ambient air as the cooling medium and traverses the finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid in the tube, referred to as "air cooler", also known as "air cooled heat exchanger". The air cooler is also called the fin fan, which is commonly used to replace the water-cooled shell-tube heat exchanger cooling medium. The air cooler is a separate set of equipment, covers a small area, can be placed indoors or outdoors according to user requirements, and the equipment can be connected with a hose or a steel pipe. The water pressure can be adjusted by the regulating valve, shown by the pressure gauge on the water distribution packet. Before use, the interceptor door of the high-frequency equipment will be closed. After circulating itself, the water will be drained by the drain valve under the water distribution packet, so that the equipment will be used without debris, so that it will not be blocked.
Air cooler failure causes:
1, air with water;
2, switching valve, pressure balancing valve, automatic valve box leakage;
3. The plate bundle is blocked.
Air cooler treatment method:
1, adjust the process parameters of the air cooler, serious parking thaw; If it is caused by the equipment system, the system equipment should be checked and repaired;
2. Eliminate valve leakage when stopping;
3. Adjust the switching period to increase the amount of backflow nitrogen.
