Cooling System Requirements For Air Coolers

Air coolers are heat exchangers that use air to cool hot fluids. The hot fluid in the tube is exchanged with the air outside the tube through the tube wall and fin, and the air used is usually supplied by a fan. Air cooler can be used for cooling or condensation, widely used in: oil refining, petrochemical tower vapor condensation; Cooling of return oil and tower bottom oil; Cooling of various reaction products; Cooling of circulating gas and condensation of power station turbine exhaust. Working pressure up to 69 mpa. However, the power consumption, noise and footprint are large, and the cooling effect is greatly affected by climate change.

The cooling system requirements of the air cooler are as follows:

1, the temperature of the cold air sent to the generator should not be greater than 35 ° C;

2, the cooler air outlet temperature and cooling water inlet temperature difference should not be less than 4~5℃;

3, the air can not be cooled below 20 ° C, so as not to condense the water on the coil of the cooler or generator (called condensation) to destroy the insulation of the coil.
