2 Heat exchange tube and tube bundle leak
The main reasons are corrosion, material defects and long service life of the tube bundle
Treatment measures: chemical glue or punch card glue on common leakage points; Serious need to replace the tube bundle and heat exchange tube
3 Poor effect of air cooler
The main reason is the inner wall of the fin tube fouling, bending blockage and fin deformation
Treatment measures: Purge or clean the air cooler, and check and repair the damaged fins
4 The fan system is faulty
Common fan system faults mainly include: ammeter indication abnormal, low gas flow, abnormal vibration of transmission components, abnormal sound and high temperature of rotating components
Treatment measures: recalibrate the balanced installation, check the tightness of the belt, tighten the bolts, replace the bearing and add or replace the grease regularly, and strictly abide by the management regulations of the dynamic equipment.
