Industrial chillers use outdoor fresh air to cool down through the principle of evaporative cooling, and carry out convection air exchange with the room, so as to achieve the purpose of indoor ventilation and cooling. The industrial chiller is surrounded by a honeycomb wet curtain with special materials, which has a large surface area. The wet curtain is constantly humidified through the water circulation system. The wet curtain is also equipped with a high-efficiency low-noise energy-saving fan inside the wet curtain. When the fan runs, the negative pressure of the wet curtain chiller makes the air outside the machine flow through the porous wet curtain into the machine. Force the air passing through the wet curtain to cool down. At the same time, because the water on the wet curtain evaporates to the air flowing through the wet curtain, the humidity of the air is increased, so the wet curtain cooler has the dual function of cooling and humidifying.
Industrial Chiller Installation Guide:
1. Industrial chiller should be installed outdoors, need to be full of fresh air movement, shall not use return air mode.
2. If conditions permit, the host should be installed in a place with good ambient air quality as far as possible. Do not install in smelly or odorous gas exhaust outlet, such as polishing, toilet, kitchen, etc.
3. Air cooler environmental protection air conditioner can be installed on the wall, roof or outdoor floor, should avoid too long air pipe (such as KS-18 type). The general length of 15-20 meters is best, and as far as possible to reduce the wind pipe elbow or no elbow.
4. When the air conditioner is running, it is necessary to open a certain area of the door or window for ventilation. If there are not enough doors and Windows, exhaust fans should be installed to ensure that the exhaust volume is 80% of the total air supply volume of the air conditioner.
5. The chiller environmentally-friendly air conditioning host bracket needs to be welded from a steel structure, and its structure is required to support the whole body and 2 times the weight of maintenance personnel.
